Multiphase carry out commissioning works in a methodical sequence of engineering activities and processes. The commissioning process ensures that all aspects of the installation function as per the design of the system. This process brings together various aspects of the installation which include mechanical plant, electrical systems, instrumentation, and field devices which are typically served by a Main Control Panel (MCP). Panels generally provide both the electrical supply and contain the automatic control equipment. Automatic system controls can provide centralised control over Heating Ventilation, Air Conditioning, lighting, and other systems.
Multiphase ensure that all systems are verified to the point at which electrical power can be applied. Once all criteria have been satisfied, the automatic software control is tested to confirm all systems under control are functioning correctly. Once proven, any visual display interface specified will be set up and tested to confirm correct control and monitoring in accordance with design.
Through many years of experience and continuous training and development, our engineers apply their knowledge to ensure effective and efficient operation during the commissioning process. We understand that through refinement, a well commissioned system is the key to optimum energy efficiency and is pivotal to plant longevity.
